Jenny has a passion for all things movement. An exercise physiologist, yoga teacher, and self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, she loves to incorporate physiology and biomechanics into her teaching. She believes in striking a balance between length, strength, and rest in the body and mind to cultivate optimal health and wellness. She provides her students and clients with tools from working amongst leaders in the fitness industry as well as the yoga and ayurvedic communities to achieve true balance. Jenny employs strategies including yoga asana, functional resistance training, myofascial release, pranayama, and meditation. She works at Sandia National Laboratories as a Health Educator and Fitness Professional and teaches locally at SWEAT Yoga Studio and NM School of Yoga in Albuquerque, NM. She is a devoted wife to her husband, Matt, and mother of two kiddos, two pit bulls, and two cats.
