Lower Body Openers: Hip and Leg Openers

In this workshop, we will explore proper alignment and technique for opening the major muscle groups of the lower body including hips, thighs, and lower legs. Learn how to safely and effectively open up the joints to allow your body to move more freely. Come dressed to move. Mats provided.
