Intro to Yoga

This class is designed for beginners interested in learning more about yoga. In this intro session, we will discuss what to expect when you attend your first yoga class, and we will practice basic yoga poses and breathing exercises that you would encounter in a typical class. You will leave this session feeling more comfortable and prepared to attend any yoga class! Come dressed comfortably and ready to move. Mats are provided.
